The PF 4 Pneumatic filler is a twin head filler which can be adjusted to deliver 10-100ml of low viscosity liquid per head with each stroke. Similar to the PF 3, but the operation is semi automatic. Whether the foot pedal is touched, or held town, the filler will always produce 1 complete stroke. While the cylinders are re-charging, the full bottles can be removed from under the nozzles and replaced with empty ones, ready for the next filling stroke.

FEATURES

• The PF 4 is fitted with an in-line 100 micron filter. The stainless steel element can be removed for washing if necessary.
• Will fill 30ml bottles at a rate of 15-20 per minute, and 100ml bottles at a rate of 8-10 bottles per minute.
• Heavy duty, all stainless steel frame construction.
• It has a setting gauge, marked in 10ml graduations for easy stroke adjustment.
• Stainless steel non-return valves can be taken apart for cleaning if it ever becomes necessary.
• Filling and charging speeds can be individually adjusted.

APPLICATIONS

This filler will fill any bottle or container, but is ideal for plastic bottles where a vacuum filler may case the bottle to partially collapse.

While it will handle most low viscosity liquids, it has been specially designed for perfumes.
