The PC1-2 Is the basic PC1 crimper which has been fitted with a load balancing spring and support frame. Because the weight of the tool is supported over the work table by the spring, the tool becomes almost weightless and is effortless to use. THE BASE PLATE OF THE SPRING BALANCER MUST BE SCREWED DOWN ONTO THE WORK TABLE.

Application: 

The addition of the load balancer to the PC1 makes it so easy to use that it becomes a high-speed production crimper. Using the PC1-2 is the most economical way to achieve a high crimping rate. The number of bottles that can be crimped per hour depends entirely on how quickly the operator can position the bottles under the crimper. Very little effort is required to position the crimper and to pull the finger lever.
