We take great pride in answering any questions our clients may have. Below, you may find our most commonly asked questions, if these do not solve your query, feel free to email us for further information.
A: The capacity (eg. 30 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, has nothing to do with the crimping of the atomizer pump. All that is important is the size of the bottle neck, measured at at the top, at the widest part. The most common size is 15 mm. If you order all of your bottles with this neck size, for example, then you will only need to keep 15 mm atomizer pumps in stock.

A: The size of the pump is related to the size of the bottle neck (see above). If the bottle neck measures 15 mm across (diameter), then the pump, which measures about 16.3 mm outside is also called a 15 mm pump.

A: This is also related to the bottle neck size. A 15 mm collar will measure about 17.3 mm, (or bigger in some cases) outside.

A: All of the crimpers sold by Bottlecrimp Tools will accept sizes from 13 mm -20 mm. 

A: At present the CT is only made in 15 mm size. Other sizes may be available on request.

A: Yes. The tough plastic insert which contacts the collar to push it down is replaceable with various sizes.

A: We ship using DHL Couriers. They are extremely efficient and will ship to any country as quickly as possible.
